Supporting NDIS participants to connect, participate, and thrive in their community.
At Rise Up Care and Support, we believe that being part of the community is more than a service — it’s a basic human need. Our Community Access program empowers NDIS participants to step outside their homes and enjoy life’s meaningful experiences. Whether it’s attending local events, joining hobby groups, going shopping, or volunteering, we provide safe and reliable support tailored to your interests. With our caring staff by your side, you can feel confident, build social connections, and live a more fulfilling, independent life every day.

Why Community Access Is Important
Community Access is not just about leaving home — it’s about opening doors to opportunity, friendship, and growth. Many participants experience isolation or a lack of confidence when trying to engage in everyday activities. Our services create safe, supportive pathways that make inclusion a reality. From improving mental health to encouraging independence, the benefits are lasting and life-changing. At Rise Up Care and Support, we believe inclusion is a right, not a privilege, and we are committed to making it possible for every participant.
