Daily routines should be simple and stress-free, but for many people living with a disability, they can become challenging. At Rise Up Care and Support, our Assistance with Daily Living service is designed to help you with everyday tasks while encouraging independence. We work closely with participants and families to ensure care is respectful, consistent, and empowering. From personal care and meal preparation to medication support, our team provides the right level of assistance so you can live with dignity and comfort.
Our services are generally available for participants aged 7 to 65 under NDIS funding. Children under 7 can access support through early childhood partners. Participants over 65 may be eligible for aged care services or alternative funding programs. If you are unsure, our team will guide you through the right pathway.
